All costs incurred by Bloom'n Events Co in enforcing its rights—including legal or collection costs—will be payable by the Client. The Client also indemnifies Bloom'n Events Co against any misuse of account or credit by third parties with the Client's consent.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between the Client and Bloom'n Events Co and/or Bloom'n Creative Design Co. They supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not waive Bloom'n Events Co's rights.
The Client agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
